Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional well-being, and social dynamics, utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing measurable goals and employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities according to client needs.
  • Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, facilitating healthy communication and coping strategies to foster stronger relationships and personal growth among clients.
  • Continuously monitor clients' progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention support, demonstrating solid decision-making skills and responsiveness in high-pressure situations to safeguard clients' well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive care strategies that align with each client's goals.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and supervision, remaining updated with the latest research, treatment modalities, and industry regulations.
  • Know and adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by state licensing boards, ensuring best practices in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. By utilizing culturally competent approaches and evidence-based practices, you will facilitate positive therapeutic experiences that empower clients to progress toward their personal and mental health goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities with a proven track record of effective therapeutic intervention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills that promote a positive therapeutic alliance.
