• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students who are either in their Master’s programs or pursuing licensure, offering guidance on clinical skills and ethical practice.
• Deliver psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based techniques to address various mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive care plans that enhance client well-being.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customized treatment plans, setting clear therapeutic goals to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation as required by state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy that can enhance service delivery.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be instrumental in providing personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each client, fostering an empathetic and supportive therapeutic alliance.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance and client protection.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a similar role.

• Experience supervising or mentoring practicum students and early-career therapists.
