• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Encourage clients to articulate their emotions and experiences, fostering insight into their personal circumstances and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining their mental health goals and tracking their progress.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and implement effective treatment plans using a solution-focused approach aligned with your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

In this role, you will engage with clients who are pre-screened and present with low acuity mental health issues. This allows for a focused therapeutic approach where clients are likely to engage positively in their treatment. The clients you will work with include individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking support for emotional stability, workplace stress, and interpersonal relationships.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills that promote comfort and understanding during client interactions.
• Proficient computer skills for utilizing teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience providing therapy independently without the need for supervision is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and apply effective treatment strategies in a virtual environment.
