• Conduct ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via secure video chat, addressing each client's unique needs.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities that facilitate individual treatment planning and goal-setting.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that consider the specific experiences and goals of your clients.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal dynamics.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making necessary adjustments to ensure effective coping strategies are cultivated.

In this position, you will primarily work with stable and low-acuity adults coping with a variety of mental health challenges, including those exacerbated by pandemic-related stressors. Your expertise in providing remote therapy will directly contribute to improving the overall mental health of your clients, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Proficient in utilizing teletherapy platforms, with prior remote therapy experience valued but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients through virtual connections.
• A commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive care to clients from various backgrounds.

• Prior experience in a community health setting strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities to cater to a diverse range of clients.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
