Online Educator and Instructional Design Internship We are looking for Online Educator and Instructional Design interns who share our passion for technology, education, and equality to assist with teaching or providing training to our students. Online Educator and Instructional Design Intern works under the guidance and supervision of master educators and mentors. The position will ultimately offer the opportunity to learn from educators while having various tasks which allow you to be involved with live instruction and the creation of instructional lessons.

It is a 40 hour commitment per month initially and a ground-floor opportunity to help build something worthwhile. What You Will Do Assist remote and onsite teachers in developing strategies for efficient instruction; learning from an experienced educator and developing your abilities in creating lesson plans for high school students through the utilization of educational technology. Assist with the facilitation of classroom discussions, correcting/encouraging students, and ensuring that students receive innovative learning experiences.

Learn our instructional design and online teaching methods Participate in Company Wide Professional Development initiatives What You Will Learn Our internships are focused on education development, 21st-century skill mastery, leadership development, and analytical thinking. The ultimate goal of this program is to develop educators or teachers who can effectively teach students from remote or virtual locations. Additional training opportunities include: How to create an online course of your own from start to finish and the opportunity to test your curriculum with our students.

Educational strategy and implementation. Lesson planning and finding creative learning solutions. Strategies for efficient instruction; learning from an experienced educator and developing your abilities in creating lesson plans for high school students through the utilization of educational technology.

The best practices of instructional design and online teaching. Development of Innovative approaches, instructional and communication skills to effectively engage students in an online platform. Mentorship from top educators from across the country.

What Are We Looking For Current college seniors or grad school students with proof of enrollment, preferably with degree or focus in teaching, education, educational technology, or a related field. Educators at any stage in their teaching or education career, from those who are just starting out to those who have years of experience with instruction. Those who share our passion for technology, education, and equality.

Interest in learning from experienced educators about instructional design and developing online teaching strategies. Interest in working remotely in an online environment with a flexible schedule. Proven ability to set priorities and manage expectations.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable with public speaking to small or large groups. Positive team player who's comfortable with ambiguity and proactive approaches to problem-solving.

Confident with leading a group, initiating activities, working independently, and team teaching. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google for Work Suite, LMS, or instructional technology. Additional Information 24/7 Teach Interns are challenged to add value to projects and are encouraged to take risks, and think outside of the box.
