Job description

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Construction Management Intern to join our field operations team. This internship provides valuable on-site experience in managing construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field and is eager to gain real-world experience on active job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the field team with daily site operations and coordination.
  • Monitor project progress and help maintain schedules.
  • Support site safety efforts and participate in safety meetings.
  • Help track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
  • Participate in quality control inspections and documentation.
  • Attend project meetings and assist with reporting and communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program.
  • Strong interest in field operations and hands-on construction experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors and on active construction sites.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar platforms is a bonus.
Work Environment:
  • Primarily field-based at active construction sites.
  • May involve exposure to varying weather conditions and physical activity.
  • PPE will be provided and required on-site.
