Job Description

About the Internship:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and passionate student with an interest in marketing, social media, and wellness. This part-time role supports our marketing and communications initiatives within the luxury spa and wellness space.

The intern will work closely with our Business Development + Client Relationships Manager, as well as the TLEE project team, contributing to content creation, brand strategy, and research. This position offers a deep dive into digital marketing, emerging wellness trends, and client-facing storytelling within a dynamic, design-forward environment.

Intern Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Track and update proposals, assist in follow-up and outreach
  • Target developers, brands, key contacts for inquiry

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and quarterly newsletters
  • Draft blog posts and content tailored to the luxury wellness industry
  • Generate and pitch new content ideas based on emerging trends
  • Lead visual and written asset creation for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Strategy to grow social channels
  • Join bi-weekly marketing call and bi-weekly public relations call to gain insight into these areas
  • Help plan and coordinate external and internal marketing initiatives
  • Brand immersion + marketing platform training (Social Channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Additional Platforms: FloDesk, Later, Airtable, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)
  • Manage Customer Relationships Management (CRM) System and input new contacts
  • Manage new imagery for visioning decks and organize into image banks
  • Social Media Calendar and Planning
  • Conference and Event Research
  • Explore AI and emerging technologies and identify opportunities for integration
Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong interest in luxury wellness, hospitality, branding, or experience design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Design & Technical Skills

  • Basic proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong visual sensibility with an eye for branding, layout, and aesthetics
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., FloDesk, Airtable, Later) is a plus

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing, business development, or content creation
  • Interest or exposure to the hospitality, spa, or wellness industries
  • Experience with competitive analysis, trend research, or presentation development
