Internships can be paid or unpaid and typically last for a set period, such as a summer or semester. These programs help interns develop professional connections, enhance their resumes, and sometimes lead to full-time job opportunities after completion.

These experiences are designed to help interns develop practical skills, build a professional network, and better understand potential career paths within the organization.
