Director of Charter Sales | Private Aviation | Lakewood, NJ
There are travel companies and there are travel experiences. Most people have had the first. Very few have had the second. The clients in this role have not just traveled. They have been taken care of at a level most people never experience. Your job is to make sure it stays that way and grows.
This role is for the charter sales professional who has spent years in private aviation, built relationships that follow them everywhere they go and knows the difference between selling a flight and curating a journey.

What you will be doing:
  • Leading a team of Charter Brokers and the OPS Division
  • Generating personal charter sales and growing your book of business
  • Managing trips from initial charter request through post-flight follow-up
  • Sourcing aircraft, generating quotes and tailoring bespoke experiences for each client
  • Building and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, operators, pilots, vendors and brokers
  • Coordinating with operators, customs, FBOs and relevant authorities
  • Working with the Director of Sales to build department goals and performance targets

What you need to bring:
  • Minimum five to seven years of experience as a charter broker in private aviation
  • Direct Part 135 air charter sales or charter brokerage experience is required
  • Proven success selling private jet charter services and building a profitable book of business
  • Strong network of high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, corporate executives and aviation partners
  • Experience negotiating charter contracts and sourcing aircraft
  • Knowledge of Avinode and Flyeasy platforms preferred
  • Strong understanding of aircraft, their range, capability and crewing
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of client confidentiality at all times

This is a hybrid role based in Lakewood, New Jersey.
