Role Description

We are seeking an experienced individual with a background in sales to contribute to the exponential growth and elite performance of our sales team. This full-time, on-site role, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, will involve managing charter sales by handling incoming leads, identifying suitable aircraft, and working through the entire lifecycle of a charter booking. The ideal candidate will also build strong relationships with new and existing clients along with industry partners, be encouraged to identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts, and deliver white-glove service to our clients.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in private jet charter sales, luxury travel, hospitality, and client relations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented (CRM experience is preferred).
