We're partnering with a energy organization seeking a Senior/Lead Engineer with power systems experience to provide technical leadership across transmission, distribution, grid integration, and renewable energy projects.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of power systems engineering experience (8+ years preferred for Lead level)
- Utility, power consulting, or generation industry experience
- Strong knowledge of transmission & distribution systems, grid operations, and system planning
- Client-facing project experience
- PE License strongly preferred
What You'll Do
- Lead engineering studies and technical deliverables
- Support utility and renewable energy projects
- Mentor junior engineering staff
- Interface directly with clients
- Contribute to technical reviews and project execution
