Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Developer serves as a bridge between data engineering and business analytics, responsible for developing data models, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights. This role combines strong technical expertise with business acumen to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What you will do
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI aligned with operational and strategic goals.
  • Develop and manage datasets, data models, and data transformations within Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft SQL Server, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting of data pipelines and ETL processes supporting assigned solutions.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems into cohesive, reliable, and scalable reporting solutions. Optimize data models, queries, and reporting solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with Prevea stakeholders to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting strategies. Collaborate with operational leaders and HSHS IT teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and documentation across reporting solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of data, reporting processes, and tools while supporting best practices. Remain current on analytic technologies including SQL, ETL tools, and reporting platforms.

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field Required

Experience Qualifications
  • 4-6 years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or BI development. Required
  • Experience with healthcare operations, access, or revenue cycle. Preferred
