- Build strong knowledge of process inputs, outputs, transformations, equipment components, and quality parameters/specifications.
- Initiate and lead process and equipment improvements that increase throughput, reduce scrap, improve quality, and eliminate loss on the production lines.
- Partner with Area Leaders, Team Leaders, and Maintenance to understand key losses and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive excellence as a capital project team member and lead portions of the CQV process, including start-up leadership.
- Own the plant Centerline System and help establish targets for key process variables that affect process performance and finished product quality.
- Help train operating teams on procedures and methods as needed.
- Serve as the plant’s problem-solving leader by driving go-see-think-do initiatives and coaching team members on effective problem-solving tools and methodologies.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- You’ll have the chance to do big things in a role where your work can have a clear, visible impact on plant performance and finished product quality.
- You’ll join a company that offers big company opportunity with a small company attitude—meaningful career growth alongside an inviting culture.
- You’ll work in an environment that emphasizes safety, growth, and skill development.
- You’ll have the opportunity to lead improvements, champion problem solving, and help shape how work gets done—not just support it.
- You’ll be part of a company that values diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds and is driven by a purpose to make lives better by making delicious food accessible for all.
