CORPORATE PAYROLL SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate team in Panama City Beach, FL.
Essential Functions
  • Process bi-weekly payroll as part of a team
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll and HR records
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Prepare COBRA notification packages and assist with benefits administration
  • Reconcile payroll and benefits invoices prior to submission to Accounts Payable
  • Assist with payroll-related general ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare required government and compliance reports
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports for management
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations
  • Support broader HR operations as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience processing payroll
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data
  • High level of organization
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Competent with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with ADP preferred
  • Able to work within a team setting

Pay Rate
  • $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
