Summary:

Kapur is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Engineer to join our Site Design department in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and will be responsible for plan production, site grading, and utility design using Civil 3D. This position involves working under a Professional Engineer (PE) to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and design of civil engineering projects.
  • Perform grading and utility design using Civil 3D software.
  • Collaborate with the Site Design team to develop project plans, specifications, and estimates.
  • Conduct site visits and field inspections to gather data and assess project requirements.
  • Review projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support the PE in various engineering tasks and project management activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
