Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $20 - $24/hour (once RBT-Certified)
- BT Paid Training: $15.16/hour until certified
- Performance bonuses: Up to $1,200 annually based on attendance and note completion

Your Responsibilities:
- Support children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other developmental challenges using evidence-based ABA interventions
- Implement personalized behavior plans designed by BCBAs to build essential life skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Use discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching techniques to promote child growth and independence
- Collect precise behavioral data and maintain comprehensive session notes using technology
- Collaborate with ABA team members and multidisciplinary providers (OT, PT, SLP) to support skill mastery
- Respond to feedback and communicate effectively with team members and families
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices
- While services are primarily clinic-based, we also serve in-home patients. If you are required to provide in-home services, you will be appropriately trained
Qualifications:
Required:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes and the clinic; mileage reimbursement provided for in-home care
- Passion for working with children and making a difference
Preferred:
- BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- RBT certification or 40-hour RBT training completion

Physical Requirements:
The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time. Precise motor function with both hands is needed, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required up to one-third of the time
