Job Summary (Basic Functions): We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Administrator (Contractor) to join the IT Team in our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. This role serves as the primary point of contact for IT issues, ensuring timely resolution, accurate tracking of requests, and reliable support across hardware, software, and basic network services. This is a contract-based, individual contributor role, ideal for an early-career IT professional seeking to build experience in a corporate IT environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to):
  • Provide first-level IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Perform installation, setup, relocation, and changes (IMAC) for PCs, cloud-based desktops, and end-user equipment
  • Track, manage, and document IT support request and service history
  • Install, configure, and support approved software applications
  • Provide basic network and device support, including Wi-Fi configuration and printer setup
  • Perform routine IT operational tasks such as PC setup, system configuration, and software deployment

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage IT asset inventory, including device provisioning, collection, return, and storage
  • Ensure compliance with company software licensing and IT policies
  • Support endpoint security tools and assist with basic malware or virus-related incidents
  • Assist with IP configuration and other basic networking tools
  • Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of IT processes

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools)
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software
  • Familiarity with common IT support issues, including printers, network access, and device setup
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi and IP addressing
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (including internships) preferred
  • Korean language proficiency is a plus
  • Technical certifications are a plus but not required
