System Support Technician II
 



Annual salary range commensurate with training and experience.  
Qualifications:
High school diploma or (additional education preferred) Associate Degree and/or technical training with a Chrome OS/Windows background, etc.
Minimum one year experience in maintaining computers, printers and networking systems (Windows OS, iOS, & Chrome OS).
Working knowledge of Chrome OS and Windows OS.
Chromebook repair knowledge skills are a plus.
Experience in any computer hardware physical repair.
Excellent documentation skills.
Problem solving skills and solid troubleshooting skills.
Possess organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well with other people in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to install/configure/diagnose/deploy Apple, Chrome and/or Windows based computers.
Desire to learn new skills and willingness to seek solutions to processes and workflows
Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
Strong time management skills.
Ability and willingness in training end users and student interns and aides.
Familiar with system installation, configuration and maintenance.
Basic knowledge and/or experience in network function and/or server equipment.
Ability to do work that often requires a ladder, lifting heavy objects and moving of equipment.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle that may be used on the job.
History of good job attendance.
Must pass a criminal background check.
