The selected candidate will conduct open-source intelligence analysis, leveraging Mandarin Chinese language skills to evaluate global data sources and support mission-critical cyber operations. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly. Key Responsibilities * Perform open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysis using Mandarin Chinese language skills * Support full spectrum cyber operations aligned with U.S. Army Cyber Command missions * Gather, evaluate, and analyze data from open sources including public records, news media, social media, images, videos, websites, and dark web sources * Conduct non-technical risk and vulnerability assessments related to people, operations, and environments * Produce analytical reports and intelligence summaries based on OSINT findings * Identify patterns, trends, and indicators relevant to cyber operations Qualifications Required: * Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly * Bachelorโ€™s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience OR Masterโ€™s degree with 5+ years * Mandarin Chinese proficiency at ILR level 3+/3+ (listening and reading) * Experience conducting open-source intelligence analysis * Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills Desired: * Experience supporting cyber operations or intelligence missions * Familiarity with dark web analysis and OSINT tools Physical and Environmental Conditions Normal Office Environment.
