The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting data‑informed decision‑making across our organization. This position will encompass both analytical and development responsibilities—gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business operations data to generate actionable insights, while also designing and maintaining the data infrastructure, pipelines, and BI solutions that enable reporting and analytics at scale.

• At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and proficiency in SQL including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and familiarity with data warehouse concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or similar).

• Master’s degree in related field

• Medical/health industry experience
• Experience with NetSuite
• Working proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, automation, and analysis (e.g., pandas, numpy, or equivalent libraries).
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

• Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
• Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
• Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.

• Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of computer or networking equipment.

• Perform data analysis to gain insights into various aspects of business performance, including revenue generation, customer behavior, market trends, and operational excellence.
• Support the assessment of the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze metrics related to business growth and customer retention, identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct analyses to identify root causes behind business challenges and contribute to proposing actionable solutions for improvement.
• Development of visually appealing dashboards and data visualizations using industry‑standard tools to present key business metrics and insights.
• Assist in creating interactive visualizations that enable stakeholders to explore data and gain actionable insights to inform decision‑making.
• Support the design and maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor performance across various business functions, such as sales, finance, and operations.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple source systems.
• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines to ensure reliable, timely, and accurate data delivery from source systems to the data warehouse or reporting layer.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and assist in translating them into meaningful data insights and visualization solutions.
• Support documentation efforts by capturing methodologies, data sources, and key findings to establish a comprehensive knowledge base for business intelligence.
• Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of data insights and contribute to fostering a data‑driven culture within the organization.
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings, seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain an appropriate level of professional competence. Ensure all department compliance guidelines are met.
• Attend all meetings, in‑services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
• Provide customer‑focused interactions.
• Perform all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
