• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based screening tools.
• Draft and maintain critical documentation within regulatory and compliance standards, ensuring that all records are completed promptly.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client progress and well-being.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, developing pre-crisis and crisis plans that provide essential guidelines for addressing client emergencies.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care and organizational integrity.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellmore, you will work with a diverse range of clients who come from various backgrounds and present unique emotional and psychological needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about guiding individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and behavioral issues, as well as supporting clients on their path to recovery and independence.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a relevant mental health setting is essential.
• Candidate must be license eligible in the State of Washington.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is necessary for any client-related travel.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the aptitude to build trust and rapport quickly are crucial.
• Demonstrated ability to listen effectively and provide empathetic guidance while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage client caseloads effectively.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health or community-based setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping systems is an advantage.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to patient-focused care.
