While interns usually don't earn commissions, they gain hands-on experience by shadowing sales calls, participating in team meetings, and supporting client outreach efforts. Collaboration is key in this environment, as interns regularly interact with experienced sales professionals who provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship. This structure offers a valuable learning opportunity and helps interns build foundational skills for future sales careers.

Instead, they usually receive a fixed stipend or hourly wage. The focus of the internship is on gaining hands-on experience, developing sales skills, and understanding the sales process, rather than earning commissions.
