• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to develop targeted treatment plans.
• Explain evaluation results and proposed treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring active participation in goal-setting and care decisions.
• Implement effective treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, integrating the latest healthcare advancements and best practices.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals as necessary, documenting any changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Accurately maintain documentation related to patient care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and reflecting clear communication of patient progress through encounter notes and discharge summaries.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills, meeting both clinical productivity expectations and administrative requirements while participating actively in team meetings.
• Contribute to departmental objectives, engaging in community outreach and marketing initiatives that also enhance patient access to care.
• Proactively seek continuing education opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance competencies and contribute to organizational excellence.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Insight, you will work intimately with these patients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs and using compassion and expertise to promote effective rehabilitation.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in Physical Therapy, valid for the state of Florida.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting is preferred, although recent graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to facilitate streamlined documentation and patient tracking.
