The West Neurological and Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while connecting meaningfully with clients through virtual therapy sessions. • Establish and maintain a trusting and empathetic relationship with clients to facilitate open communication.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and create personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and preferences.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, or family systems therapy.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clients remain on track to meet their therapeutic goals.
• Engage in continuous professional development and proactively collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices in mental health treatment.

Our client base includes a diverse spectrum of individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and significant life transitions. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients from different backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique challenges and achieve improved mental health outcomes.

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and theories, particularly those relevant to marriage and family systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a community health clinic setting is a plus, as it demonstrates an understanding of the unique needs of often underserved populations.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate documentation and streamline client interactions is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
