Job Description

Your mission:

Within the Customer Success Manager team, your mission will be to understand the needs of the clients, so that the platform is perfectly adapted to their problems. In collaboration with the CSMs of the team and with the Product Managers, you will be able to configure custom platforms for clients, and transmit the technical orientations and priorities so that the projects are completed on time.

Here is the detail of your missions:

  • Client Relations and User Support : Follow-up of client requests and complete management of the Incenteev Administrators and Users Support Service (processing of tickets, setting up of automated workflows, management of the Help Center…).

  • Implementation and Configuration : Active contribution to the technical implementation of engagement levers (configuration of challenges, definition of performance indicators, design of coaching models, elaboration of training paths, etc.). Analysis of client needs to identify axes of improvement of the platform, and participation in strategic reflections related to the evolution of the product.

  • Project Management : Collaboration with the CSMs on the onboarding, deployment, and development phases of the Client platforms, participation in the animation of Client meetings (preparation of statistical analyses, identification of recommendations, writing of minutes, taking charge of "TO-DO" lists, etc.), and support in the development of accounts.

  • You are a student in Bac +5 in Master, in Engineering school or in Business school with a tech/data specialization;

  • You show reactivity and know how to find a solution quickly;

  • You have an aptitude to manage several tasks at the same time, and to re-evaluate priorities according to the team's requests;

  • You master Excel perfectly;

  • You have a very good sense of relationships, are open-minded and like to work in a team;

  • You show seriousness, rigor, and an excellent capacity for analysis;

  • You have a current level of English, possibly bilingual;

  • You want to take part in the revolution of management, be at the heart of innovations in the science of motivation and in the organization of work;

  • You want to participate in the development of a start-up with strong potential, and grow with it!
