Based in California, New York, and Florida our physician-led teams work in concert with our Gynecologist, Naturopathic Medicine Doctor, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members/patients and their families. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests.


What We're Looking For:

We are interested in connecting with healthcare admin professionals who:

  • Highly organized, tech-savvy healthcare administrators who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
  • Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on both immediate and long-term responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in fully digital, EMR-driven systems and demonstrate a proven commitment to delivering outstanding, relationship-focused service.
  • The ability to combine professionalism and discretion with critical thinking and operational awareness, enabling them to support both patients and physicians at a concierge standard of care.

Certifications:

  • Active California RN license
  • Minimum of three (3) years as an RN in a hospital or outpatient clinic
  • Bachelor's degree required, BSN preferred
