The Marketing Content Specialist supports the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects. This role focuses on day-to-day marketing tasks while also contributing creative ideas, helping analyze results, and partnering with teams across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong, creative writer, a quick learner, and detail-oriented.


Key Responsibilities


Content Creation & Branding

  • Produce and edit marketing content, including flyers, brochures, user guides, and proposals, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and brand consistency.
  • Work with designers to develop branded visuals and promotional materials for events, conferences, and digital campaigns.

Campaign Execution & Analysis

  • Assist in launching marketing campaigns and tracking performance data.
  • Compile reports and share insights or recommendations with the Marketing Manager to help optimize future efforts.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Sales, Content, and Implementation teams on projects such as RFP support, district presentations, and product launch materials.
  • Support the preview process by helping create or refine customer-facing marketing communications and collateral.

Market & Competitor Research

  • Conduct basic competitive research and monitor industry trends to support content planning and strategic decision-making.

Planning & Organization

  • Help develop short-term marketing plans, promotional calendars, and campaign timelines.
  • Maintain organized folders, project trackers, and asset libraries to keep marketing activities running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field required. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related internship experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Creative, innovative approach to problem-solving. 
  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills & Attributes

  • Basic graphic design skills for editing and refining visual content, such as screenshots and diagrams.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Gmail).
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
