Job description

Job Summary:
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high-impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues. They are seeking a Modeling and Simulation Analyst to provide onsite support, employing operations research techniques to inform analyses and wargames using various software tools.
Responsibilities:
• The Analyst will employ knowledge of modeling/operations research techniques to inform a variety of analyses and wargames using a range of software tools.
• The Analyst will apply their skills to solve highly complex problems using statistical analysis, parametric and non-parametric analysis, computer modeling, simulation, and regression analysis.
• Will be responsible for developing and executing analytical models and methods that support warfighting analyses.
• Will be responsible for developing and executing campaign-level representations and analyses of U.S., allied, and adversary forces executing warfighting concepts of operation.
• Will apply an inquisitive nature and a true enthusiasm to learn new tools, techniques, and analytical methods.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of total experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of general analytical experience
• Strong desire to expand modeling, simulation, and analysis expertise
• Experienced with study planning/execution
• Works well in collaborative environments
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
Preferred:
• STORM experience or familiarity
• Master's degree
