NPI Project Manager II
Job Description:
Job Summary:
Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager. In this role you will be managing projects, process coordination, and handling stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Project, and the ability to manage complex projects and business processes.
Offers a dynamic mix of customer-facing responsibilities and internal collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading complex cross functional and global projects.
  • Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management-Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Creation of project related process documents.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new and existing employees regarding policies and procedures related to project outcomes (for both Project Management and Green Belt disciplines).
  • Solve complex problems; take a new perspective using existing solutions or creating a new solution to the problem.
  • Work independently and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Lead the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Phoenix East Sky Harbor office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
We're Looking For:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; 15 years of related experience with no degree.
  • Engineering or technical degree.
  • Experience with NPI projects.
  • Experience with manufacturing.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of NPI Project Management.
  • Requires experience working at an integration or manufacturing company.
  • Previous experience working as a supplier in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of client relationship management and service delivery expectations.
  • Experience working with sourcing, engineering and manufacturing BOMs.
  • Experience sourcing BOMs for manufacturing.
  • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Works and helps lead engineers.
  • Understands engineering and business processes
  • Jira and Microsoft Project experience
  • Nice to haves: Green Belt Certification, Project Management Professional Certification
