Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices.
  • Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Github Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET.
  • Experience with iterative and agile development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience building web applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.
  • Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, the Central Power Engineering team, Networking, and Exchange/email teams to maintain a stable and sustainable platform.
  • Define solution architecture and design.
  • Build Dynamics functionality iteratively, with full unit and integration testing for each function.
  • Integrate external systems data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
  • Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.
  • Support release deployments and provide post-production support.
  • Work on core platform engineering initiatives, including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-prem systems.
  • Support business-aligned squads by providing solution design guidance, reviewing code and configurations, building common tools and functions, and automating DevOps at scale.

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Experience with full lifecycle application testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing, as well as delivery management.
