Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio to automate workflows and improve business processes
• Build scalable business applications leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrated technologies
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate business needs into impactful technical solutions
• Drive operational efficiency by reducing manual processes and improving workflow speed, accuracy, and user experience
• Support secure and governed solutions by ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and data loss prevention standards
• Enable user adoption and success through training, documentation, and support for end users and citizen developers
• Enhance and optimize existing solutions through troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and ongoing system support
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies by applying evolving AI and automation capabilities to business challenges
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience designing automation workflows and business process solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and scalable solution design
Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agents
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or Storage
• Experience with APIs, scripting, Python, or PowerShell
• Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications (PL-900, PL-100/200, PL-400, etc.)
• Experience supporting enterprise automation or digital transformation initiatives
• Background in low-code/no-code platform governance and user enablement
