You will collaborate with clients, sales, and field teams to gather requirements, develop detailed system designs, documentation, and sequences of operation, while supporting successful installation, integration, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design panel layouts, electrical wiring diagrams, sequences of operation, point lists, and bills of materials

  • Assist with submittal preparation and coordination with sales and field teams, while building strong client relationships
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in building automation systems (BAS) design, documentation, and implementation (entry-level candidates with relevant internships, projects, or coursework are encouraged to apply)
  • Familiarity with industry protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Visio, AutoCAD, and/or other building automation or design tools
  • Experience with or understanding of system integration and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred; equivalent industry experience or relevant coursework will be considered.
