Guest Services - Introduction to Hospitality Internship
We invite you to apply for our open Guest Services - Introduction Internship. This program introduces Kalahari's unique brand and culture.   • Front of House
    As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Office team helps create a memorable stay from arrival to departure. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of previous customer service experience. Internship opportunities may include Front Desk, Concierge, PBX (Operator), Valet, Shuttle, or Bell Staff.
  • Back of House
    Kalahari guests expect exceptional service and cleanliness throughout their stay, and our Rooms team plays a key role in delivering that experience. Interns will gain exposure to Housekeeping, Common Area, and Laundry operations while helping maintain the high standards our guests know and love.
