Join a growing cybersecurity team as a Junior Security Engineer in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time opportunity is with an innovative organization that prioritizes protecting enterprise infrastructure through modern security tools and best practices. You'll work with technologies including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Active Directory, Windows Server, Linux, SIEM platforms, and vulnerability management tools while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative security environment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience in information security, IT support, or systems administration
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Knowledge of security fundamentals including vulnerability management, endpoint security, and access control
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
