Job description

Customer Support Specialists (Call Center) are responsible for learning and understanding the process of the parking operations to ensure successful and quick service for our clients and customers. They work in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
Customer Support Specialists (Call Center) manage the relationships between customers and Premium Parking by troubleshooting with them, assisting with payments, and providing general knowledge about the locale. In addition, the department ensures reported issues are communicated and addressed by the number of departments in the company, such as accounting, marketing, business development, and operations.
What our Customer Support Specialists Do:
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional and positive attitude with clients
  • Manage high volume calls and emails utilizing exceptional customer service practices
  • Promptly respond to customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues regarding product or service problems and complaints
  • Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share that with appropriate departments and team members

What We Look for in our Customer Support Specialists:
  • Flexible availability, weekends included
  • 1+ years' experience in a customer support role
  • Technology enthusiast (Microsoft office and Windows 10)
  • Excellent phone disposition and problem resolution skills
  • Able to work well independently (self-starter), as a member of a team, and cross-functionally with other departments
  • Comfortable managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Actively listens to customers and handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to work 2pm-11pm M-Thurs and/or 5pm-2am Fri/Sat, and/or Sunday 1pm-10pm
