Job description

Essential Job Duties
Sort, repair, test and hands-on troubleshoot electronic hardware, including but not limited to servers, network equipment, computers and spare parts
Configure products to customer specifications
Generate discrepancy reports
Provide customer technical support
Interface with Inventory, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Sales to troubleshoot and resolve any customer's technical issues
Address any inventory spec issues and provide updates to Supply Chain, Inventory Control and Management
Assist Operations team and other departments as needed
Adhere to and maintain ESD requirements in all required work areas
Adhere to and maintain all quality, safety and environmental processes and policies
Competencies
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly.
Self-motivated with attention to detail.
Teamwork experience and strong team player
Experience
Prior experience with assembling or hands-on testing of IT hardware (specifically Dell or HP).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications
Any or all of the following training certifications:
