Position Summary

The Quality Systems Administrator provides critical systems administration, data management, and quality support for the Euclid Consumables Division. This role oversees key QA‑related digital tools and platforms, maintains controlled specifications and documentation, and supports the Quality Assurance team with analytics, reporting, and system troubleshooting. The position is ideal for a technically inclined professional who can balance administrative accuracy, system configuration, and analytical reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Technical Support

  • Serve as system administrator and subject matter expert for CenitConnect including permission notes, change requests (CRWs), and workflow integrity.
  • Maintain and update product specifications across various databases including, SAP, MES, Quest, and controlled hard‑copy QA documentation.
  • Coordinate user setups for new hires including ISA hardware/software requests, system permissions, MES Analyst skill codes, and Boxer codes.
  • Troubleshoot issues in Apriso related to pay, attendance, and production workflows
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for QA systems and collaborate with IT for escalations.
  • Administer data governance including version control, file structuring, and document control compliance.

Quality & Reporting

  • Assign dispositions for nonconforming materials
  • Perform annual audits of specifications to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI for quality metrics, safety compliance, and operational performance.
    • Prepare routine business and quality reports including: 6‑Panel Metrics, Finished Goods Business Review, First Pass Yield (FPY), Safety training compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of specifications, procedures, and quality systems used in the Consumables Division.

Purchasing & Vendor Administration

  • Manage vendor setup and purchase requisitions through Buy Linc.
  • Support Accounting by researching and resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Handle P‑Card ordering and maintain accurate documentation for reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities, Continued

Documentation & Training Administration

  • Update controlled documents such as work instructions, job descriptions, and training records.
  • Support onboarding for Engineer Trainees, Co‑ops, and Interns, ensuring proper system access, training assignments, and documentation setup.

General

  • Carry out additional assignments from the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Provide administrative and technical support for special projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Level III - 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Level IV 8+ years of relevant experience 

Technical / Systems Skills

  • Proficiency in administering or supporting enterprise systems such as SAP, Apriso, MES platforms, and Access databases.
  • Power BI experience, including support of building dashboards, data models, visualizations, and automated reporting.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, data analysis, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI experience).
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, understand data structures, and manage user permissions.
  • Comfort working across multiple digital platforms while maintaining data accuracy and system reliability.

Quality & Administrative Skills

  • Understanding of nonconformance workflows, specification management, and quality documentation practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to controlled procedures.
  • Experience maintaining organized documentation and audit-ready records.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, IT, Operations, and Accounting.
  • Ability to support technical and non-technical users with system navigation and troubleshooting.
  • Customer‑service mindset with proactive approach to issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in systems administration, manufacturing, or QA
  • Familiarity with ERP or MES systems
  • Experience onboarding employees with a focus on system setup and permissions
