We are a private & global group of companies with 20+ years of proven track record, supporting leading organizations in Telecom, Security, and Real Estate across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced RAN Engineer to support the design, integration, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting of 4G LTE and 5G NR Radio Access Networks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with RAN technologies, network management systems, feature validation, KPI analysis, and troubleshooting across Ericsson and/or Nokia environments.
This role will work closely with technical teams and customers to introduce new network features, services, software releases, and configuration changes while ensuring network performance, quality, and reliability.
This is an onsite opportunity based in Bellevue.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical, design, and engineering data to support 4G and 5G network testing and validation in laboratory and live-network environments.
  • Design, integrate, optimize, and troubleshoot Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and defined test scenarios.
  • Support the integration of new nodes, carriers, bands, features, and services across LTE and 5G networks.
  • Perform RAN system administration, feature validation, and network testing, including setup of test scenarios and execution of test calls.
  • Conduct KPI analysis, performance evaluation, and traffic-flow analysis to identify network performance issues and opportunities for optimization.
  • Troubleshoot complex RAN and RF issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work with customers and internal teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Support the deployment and validation of new software releases, patches, correction loads, and configuration changes.
  • Validate new products, features, and network capabilities while assessing their impact on network performance and customer experience.
  • Support customer initiatives including network expansions, new feature and product introductions, Gold Standard parameter updates, and cluster optimization.
  • Analyze Layer 3 signaling, IMS, VoLTE, LTE, and 5G NR logs and call flows to identify and resolve network issues.
  • Perform 5G Massive MIMO and beamforming testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical guidance for the secure configuration, testing, and upgrade of RAN network elements.
  • Work with customers to identify issues, recommend solutions, and ensure efficient resolution while maintaining network quality and customer expectations.
  • Document test results, troubleshooting activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and customer teams throughout integration, testing, optimization, and deployment activities.

Qualifications and Technical Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in RAN, wireless telecommunications, network engineering, RF engineering, or network integration.
  • Strong expertise in 3G UMTS, 4G LTE, and 5G NR, including network design, integration, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced knowledge of LTE/5G technologies, including MIMO, Massive MIMO, VoLTE, IMS, CSFB, EN-DC, NR-DC, DSS, beamforming, C-Band, mmWave, and Network Slicing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ericsson and/or Nokia RAN equipment, network management systems, configuration tools, and hardware.
  • Strong experience with RAN performance and KPI analysis, RF troubleshooting, traffic analysis, call flows, and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience troubleshooting and analyzing LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE, IMS, and Layer 3 logs/call flows.
  • Experience with feature validation, test scenarios, software releases, patches, configuration changes, and new product/service integration.
  • Proficiency with RAN tools such as Ericsson ENM/OSS, Nokia NetAct, Wireshark/QXDM, TEMS, Actix, Atoll, Mentum Planet, or comparable tools.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/CentOS and relevant programming or scripting environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong focus on network quality, performance optimization, and delivering results against customer requirements.
