Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Private Duty Caregiver
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
12-hour day shifts
Ideal candidates:
  • 2 years of in-home health care experience
  • Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
  • Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

We are looking for full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN for private in-home care. Pay is $32.00 for LPN's per hour.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
  • Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
  • Valid Driver's License
At CNS Cares, you will work in the privacy of the patient's home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees.

Other Requirements:
Maintain current state licensure. Maintain current liability and malpractice insurance, if applicable.
Education/Training
  • Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised, current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
Licensure/Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Valid and current CPR Certification
  • Valid and current License Practical Nurse license in the state of practice
