Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a talented team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability goals
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent food preparation and excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members to build a productive workforce
  • Manage labor scheduling, food ordering, and cost control with integrity
  • Implement local marketing events and in-store promotions to boost sales

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong management, team building, and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise multiple employees and motivate them to meet goals
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of profit and loss analysis
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to meet background verification standards

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Full-time role with approximately 45-50 hours per week
  • Weekend, holiday, day, night shifts, and on-call availability required
