We're looking for enthusiastic Crew Members and Crew Leaders who are ready to deliver outstanding service with a smile. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages quickly and accurately according to Sonic's standards
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the drive-in stalls, drive-thru, or front counter
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment including kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines
  • (Crew Leader) Supervise and motivate crew members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • (Crew Leader) Assist with opening/closing duties, inventory, and team training
Requirements:
  • No prior experience required โ€” on-the-job training provided for Crew Members
