Job description

Job Description This role is responsible for empowering our clients by designing and delivering engaging, high-impact training for our core collaboration and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, LMS, etc.). He/she will be a key driver of tool adoption, ensuring our clients can leverage these technologies to their fullest potential, fostering a culture of efficiency and seamless collaboration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Training Design & Delivery

    • Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions through various formats, including virtual classrooms, in-person workshops, and one-on-one coaching.

    • Design and develop comprehensive and easy-to-understand training materials, such as quick-reference guides, video tutorials, presentations, and e-learning modules.

    • Create tailored learning paths and curricula for different departments and roles based on their specific needs.

  • Content Management & Development

    • Continuously update all training content to reflect the latest software updates, features, and best practices.

    • Develop new training modules in response to user feedback, identified knowledge gaps, or the rollout of new tools.

    • Manage and organize a centralized knowledge base or learning portal with all training resources.

  • Adoption & User Engagement

    • Serve as the go-to expert and internal champion for our suite of collaboration tools.

    • Proactively gather feedback from users/clients to measure training effectiveness and identify future training opportunities.

    • Promote best practices through regular communications, such as tips-and-tricks newsletters or drop-in "ask the expert" sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a corporate training role, with a strong focus on technology and software training

  • Proven experience applying learning principles to create effective training programs

  • Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook). 5

  • Deep familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like GMeet, Teams, Zoom

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Certifications in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other relevant platforms are a major plus
