ESPN NY Part-Time Marketing Events Supervisor

ESPN New York is looking for a part time Marketing Event Supervisor to join our marketing team to supervise and work our promotional street teams, remote broadcasts, and digital content initiatives. New York sports fans are passionate, fiercely loyal and dedicated to their teams, and ESPN New York delivers that energy right back to the fans and partners that support the station across radio, live events, and digital platforms. ESPN New York is the official home of the NY Mets, NY Knicks, and NY Rangers, as well as The Michael Kay Show, DiPietro and Rothenberg, Bart and Carlin, and Don, Hahn, and Rosenberg Shows. 880 ESPN NY Radio is a must listen destination for New York sports fans and a growing presence on YouTube and streaming platforms.

Daily Tasks of a Part Time Marketing Event Supervisor:

  • Supervise promotional street teams and remote broadcasts for ESPN NY, including event setup and breakdown
  • Engage and interact with local partners and fans during events, representing the ESPN NY brand with energy and professionalism
  • Serve as a role model and mentor for interns working throughout events and digital productions
  • Assist with YouTube and streaming initiatives, including editing video content for show recaps, highlights, and promotional clips
  • Create and update show graphics for YouTube and live stream broadcasts
  • Interact with fans during live streams through chat engagement and community moderation
  • Maintain and update YouTube schedules, stream calendars, and video publishing timelines
  • Support cross promotion of live events and digital content across platforms
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
  • This role includes in office essential functions.
