$100,000 - $195,000 (based on experience) 

  • Full-time openings in Fresno, San Francisco, South Sacramento, Union City (.8), and Vacaville, California

Full-time annual salary range is $317,520 to $327,000 plus additional potential incentives of $25,990*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.

Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job (KPOJ) is a seamless component of the Kaiser Permanente integrated care system that delivers superior workersโ€™ compensation injury and illness preventive, medical treatment, and return-to-work services. Our program features 100+ dedicated Occupational Medicine Physicians and an Integrated Care team that practices at 29 Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job Occupational Health Centers in Northern California.   

Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job physicians provide occupational health care and act as primary treating physicians (PTP) retaining care oversight and reporting even when a patient is referred for specialty consultation and care. We also offer pre-placement medical evaluations, ongoing medical evaluations, drug testing, and immunizations. This is one stop medical care as KPOJ Centers are located on KP medical campuses with ancillary services available for the treatment of occupational injuries.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
