Job Description: Project Manager (Non-Clinical – Administrative)


Location:  Columbus, OH 43210
Shift: Day, 5x8 (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
 


Position Overview

Seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning and coordination of medical supply stocking and equipment planning for clinical and healthcare facility projects. This role will play a critical part in ensuring supplies and equipment are tracked, delivered, and installed in alignment with project schedules and clinical needs.

The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including clinical staff, procurement, vendors, and facilities operations—to ensure project readiness and successful execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and execution of medical equipment readiness for new construction, renovations, and clinic relocations.

  • Track and maintain schedules for equipment procurement, delivery, and installation.

  • Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and stakeholders to ensure on-time readiness and configuration.

  • Facilitate meetings with clinical and support teams to gather requirements and confirm milestones.

  • Document action items, decisions, and updates; maintain timely and clear communication across teams.

  • Maintain project documentation, tracking logs, and reporting.

  • Assist with identifying risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.


Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience (healthcare or facilities environment preferred).

  • Familiarity with medical supply/equipment terminology and workflows strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) is preferred.

  • PMP certification (preferred or in progress).
