What We Value:
We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
  • Seek Excellence.
  • Be Selective To Be Effective.
  • Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
  • Disagree Transparently.
  • Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
  • Build Dream Teams.

Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly motivated, early-career IT professional with a strong Computer Science foundation to join our Desktop Support team. This role is designed for someone who sees technical support not just as troubleshooting, but as an opportunity to build, automate, and improve systems at scale.
You will provide hands-on deskside and remote support across hardware, operating systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise tools, while proactively identifying opportunities to eliminate repetitive work through scripting and automation. This position offers direct exposure to modern infrastructure, security, and engineering teams, serving as a launchpad for growth into more advanced technical roles.
The ideal candidate combines strong customer service instincts with a builder's mindset - someone who believes that if a task is done twice, it should be automated the third time. If you are eager to gain corporate experience, sharpen your technical depth, and grow into a more senior engineering role over time, this position offers both the challenge and opportunity to do so.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality deskside and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide white-glove support to executive users with professionalism and discretion.
  • Own onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and SaaS account lifecycle management.
  • Image, configure, and deploy macOS, Windows, and mobile devices (iOS).
  • Identify repetitive manual processes and design lightweight automations to eliminate them.
  • Write scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) to reduce ticket volume and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure to improve reliability and standardization.
  • Help build internal documentation and scalable support processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and assist with after-hours initiatives when needed.
  • Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.

This is not a passive ticket-closing role - it's a role for someone who wants to improve the system itself.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field.
  • 3-6 years of experience (internships count).
  • Strong scripting ability (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of operating systems (macOS, Windows) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Comfort with APIs, automation concepts, or version control (Git).
  • Experience or exposure to MDM tools (Jamf, Intune) and SaaS administration is a plus.
  • Strong ownership mentality - you follow through and close loops.
  • High standards for yourself and your work.
  • Clear communicator who can support executives and technical users alike.
  • Curiosity about systems architecture and how modern infrastructure works.

Nice to Have
  • Experience building small tools, side projects, or automation scripts.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, infrastructure tooling, or cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms like Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Box.
  • Contributions to GitHub or personal technical projects.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
  • Flexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days)
  • Company paid Holidays (11)
  • Company paid sick leave
  • Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
  • 3% 401(k) company contribution
  • Generous paid Parental Leave
  • Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
  • Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace
  • Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
  • Free daily snacks in-office
  • Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
  • Employee Resource Groups

Apply now and join us on our mission to engineer a new economic paradigm.
