Role Overview

As a Capital Raising Advisor, you will work directly with founders inside our venture studio to help them become investor-ready, develop clear fundraising strategies, and secure the capital they need to grow.

You will support companies across industries by providing expert guidance on capital strategy, investor communications, deck refinement, and introductions to qualified investors.

This role is ideal for individuals with fundraising experience who want flexible, high-impact advisory work with meaningful compensation and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

Help founders develop clear, realistic pre-seed/seed funding strategies

Advise on valuation, deal structuring, financial planning, and dilutive vs. non-dilutive options

Guide founders through SAFE, notes, early equity rounds, and investor expectations

Investor Readiness & Materials

Review and refine pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms

Improve messaging, narrative clarity, and investor positioning

Coach founders on pitching, storytelling, and investor communication

Investor Connections & Introductions

Provide warm introductions to angels, syndicates, lenders, and early-stage VCs (optional)

Support founders as they navigate investor conversations and diligence

Help founders expand their fundraising pipeline and strategy
