Team Description:
For Neuralink's Information Technology team, the corporate environment is production. • Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support a diverse, non-technical user base with patience and empathy
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative on Helpdesk tasks, and collaborate effectively with full-time IT team members

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior Helpdesk, IT support, or customer-facing technical support experience (internship, part-time, or volunteer experience welcome)
  • Familiarity with an MDM platform such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom administration
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating routine IT tasks
