This is a high-touch role for someone who understands the level of discretion, responsiveness, and attention to detail required when supporting sophisticated executives and their household. The ideal candidate is highly professional, service-oriented, and always thinking several steps ahead.

You'll serve as a trusted partner to the Principals, helping manage everything from demanding schedules and travel to household operations and personal priorities. No two days will look exactly the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in making complicated lives run seamlessly. The Day-to-Day: Manage complex and frequently changing personal and professional calendars, appointments, meetings, and commitments.

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper for the Principals, proactively managing priorities and anticipating needs before they arise. Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and last-minute changes. Travel with the Principals as needed, providing hands-on support and ensuring logistics are flawlessly executed throughout each trip.

Help oversee day-to-day household operations, working closely with household staff, vendors, contractors, and service providers. Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, events, family commitments, and other lifestyle needs. Manage special requests, purchases, gifting, errands, and time-sensitive personal projects with a high level of care and discretion.

Act as a central point of communication between the Principals, household team, professional contacts, and external partners. Maintain confidential records, important documents, household information, and other sensitive materials with complete discretion. Troubleshoot changes and unexpected needs quickly, calmly, and resourcefully.

Maintain an exceptional level of organization across multiple residences, schedules, travel plans, and competing priorities. Provide flexible, hands-on support as needs evolve, understanding that the Principals' schedules may require availability outside of traditional business hours. The Ideal Candidate: Experienced supporting UHNW individuals, founders, executives, or Principals in a private family office or similarly high-touch environment.

Highly professional, discreet, and comfortable working with confidential personal and business matters. Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing sight of the details. Service-minded and naturally proactive, with a strong ability to anticipate what will be needed next.

Comfortable operating with urgency and adjusting quickly when schedules or priorities change. Experienced coordinating complex domestic and international travel. Confident partnering with household staff, vendors, and outside service providers.

Flexible and willing to travel with the Principals as needed. An excellent communicator with strong judgment and a calm, solutions-oriented approach. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
