Location: Rochdale, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday - Wednesday | 7:00 AM-5:30 PM

This hands-on position is ideal for someone with cultivation experience who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in plant health, and understands the importance of preventative pest and disease management. You'll work closely with cultivation leadership to implement IPM strategies while supporting daily cultivation operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do
As our Cultivation Technician III - IPM, you'll help protect the health and quality of every crop by combining preventative pest management with daily cultivation responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitor plant health and scout for pests, pathogens, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental concerns.
  • Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols, including biological controls and approved treatment applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of scouting activities, treatments, and plant health observations.
  • Perform cultivation tasks including transplanting, pruning, trellising, defoliation, irrigation, harvesting, and sanitation.
  • Partner with Cultivation Supervisors to prioritize daily tasks and ensure cultivation goals are met.
  • Ensure cultivation rooms remain clean, organized, and compliant with company sanitation standards.
  • Report pest, disease, or environmental concerns promptly and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, audits, and METRC compliance.
  • Support and mentor team members while promoting safe and efficient cultivation practices.
  • Follow all company SOPs and Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about plant health, detail-oriented, and eager to help produce premium-quality cannabis.
Qualifications include:
  • Previous cannabis cultivation experience required.
  • Experience with Integrated Pest Management (IPM), plant health monitoring, or crop protection strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of common cannabis pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and preventative cultivation practices.
  • Familiarity with biological controls and approved pesticide applications is a plus.
  • Experience using METRC or other cannabis inventory systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in cultivation environments for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
